Russian chemical periodicals have long existed in a paradigm of predominantly Russian-language distribution and limited presence in leading international databases. At the same time, Russian scientists are generating a significant array of high-quality results in fine organic synthesis, catalysis, photonics, "green" chemistry and the creation of functional materials. ANO Publishing House of Scientific Journals in Chemistry is designed to give these works recognition and quick access to a global audience, while preserving the Russian-speaking niche as an equal channel of scientific communication.

The model is based on four principles: quality, speed, transparency and openness. Each journal of the publishing house will operate under a peer review system that utilizes either standard or double-blind evaluation processes of an international editorial board, which will include both leading scientists from RAS institutes and recognized foreign experts. All articles will receive digital DOI identifiers, be checked for plagiarism using multilingual software, and metadata will be prepared in formats compatible with the requirements of Scopus, Web of Science, and RSCI. Special attention is paid to the language policy. All journals will be published in English to ensure the fastest possible integration of scientific publications into the global community.
